“I bought this test two months ago and I have got no results yet! I can see nothing in my account about this kit I think it's fake and I put my money into the rubbish”

Unfortunately, I was unable to find a user account for you, so the sample was presumably not activated. This means that the sample arrives anonymously and we cannot send you a result.
