“On the 02.03.23 I thought I was buying in a Swiss site but apparently no as article is still at customs. Article was meant to be received on the 09.03.23 and on the 22.03.23 I haven't it yet. Had to do follow up many times with client service and now receive a link to give my opinion on an article I haven't got yet. Could be much better! There is room for improuvent and transparency.”
