“First, I want to make clear that I'm a BIG Charlie Hustle fan and love their products! It's not my jam to leave less than stellar reviews, though I was asked for my feedback and want to provide it honestly. Sadly, the Henley I purchased for my husband did not fit. Quality was top-notch, super soft, and he loved the color combo and the small heart design. He consistently wears an XL in other Hustle styles, but the Henley was more fitted, shorter in length, and uncomfortably snug across his shoulders and upper back. I don't recall the product description indicating to size up, so it was unexpected and a bummer. When I emailed the company to see about exchanging, I was told we could exchange in-store and thus, save on shipping. Since we live in KC and their store is close to us, we thought in-person was the best way to handle. My husband made the trip to the store and turns out, the Henley is ONLY sold online. Fortunately, he was able to exchange for a different shirt he had been wanting, but the entire experience was a bit frustrating and disappointing. First world problems, for sure. ;) If you decide to purchase the Henley, size up! It's a great shirt, just a different fit!”
