“I love your sleep tincture & so appreciate you sharing your wonderful products! I use Nice Dreams (2 dropper fulls under tongue) apx 30 mins before bedtime. It works wonders for me greatly improving my sleep duration to 4-5 hours fm previous 15-45 minute intervals followed by great adjutation & toss & turning. Occasionally swap one dropper full for CBD3000 but prone to experience too vivid of dreams with it that's why I alternate periodically.
