Originally in my first order the bottle caps were loose enough to leak in the box water logging the bottle box and losing around a fifth of the liquid. The seal was still on bottle . I explained this to you guys and sent photos of this mess and the shipping box which had NO DAMAGE to it yet you guys filed a claim against the carrier even though the photos show it wasn’t the shipper it was the person or machine that screws on the bottle caps( or the person is sampling the product and not screwing on cap tight)
I appreciate your replacing the bottles which was on you not the shipper.
Like I stated this is a 100% honest review
I still have photos and boxes for proof
I will still purchase from you and please please please make sure bottle caps are on tight.
