“The reason I am giving a bad review is. I ordered 3 flower items using the 50% off coupon. I payed for shipping protection and the package did get lost at the post office. When I submitted the claim I selected replace the items. Well they said some of the items were out of stock so without an option they refunded me. I verified online all 3 items were available. So when I reached out to you I was told I couldn’t get another coupon. This was very disappointing. I was super stoked to try the products. I hope you will do the right thing and give me another coupon so I can try the products at that great price.”
