“Seasoning and spice were spot on but these crab cakes were too laden with breading and filler so as to detract from the jumbo lump crab meat embedded in them. Extremely disappointed. I grilled two crab cakes in a nonstick skillet in butter but was hard pressed to finish the second crab cake because it was way too laden with breading.”
