Both were used to getting supermarket crab(?) cakes which are mostly breading. Yours were such a hit. Everyone commented on the generous amounts of CRAB. I pull one of mine out on a day I want to treat myself. Having had crab cakes at restaurants I found yours satisfying, flavorful, and loaded with quality crab. Generous size. Just lovely.
