I am a bit of a crab cake snob. I get them almost everywhere. These were top notch. My only issue is I wouldn’t follow their instructions to cook them. Instead melt some good unsalted butter in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat. Flatten the cakes a bit and cook to a golden brown on both sides. A little crunch. About 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with remoulade.

Taste was different from previous orders. Easy to prepare, serve to guests as appetizer prior to party, invited guests to dinner or as snack during game on television.

I’m not a crab cake person, but judging by the speed at which they disappeared, they were much enjoyed by our guests.

I certainly enjoyed adding these tasty crab cakes to my appetizer and wine get together with friends. Everyone loved them.

Treated myself to these Mini Crab Cakes for my birthday and really enjoyed them with a glass of wine. They were the perfect size, easy to heat and delicious. I would definitely order these again.
