“They are really colossal! They are delicious, and full of crab!
We used one as a sauce for spaghetti:
sauté shallots and some orange bell pepper in butter,
crumble in one thawed colossal crab cake,
add a little white wine,
and some Panko crumbs
heat through and add spaghetti
serves two
