My husband is from New England and very picky about his seafood, but he loves these as well. “The order arrived on time. Most of the items were fresh (unfrozed), and 1 item was frozen. The crab cakes were good, and there was plenty of crab in each cake. There were zero left-overs. I was disappointed with the absence of cooking directions. I checked your website, and there were preparation directions for frozen crabcakes, and reference to frying unfrozen cakes in a frying pan (6 to 7 minutes per side). I did not want to use a frying pan, since this typically makes a mess. I also did not want to re-freeze them, just so I could cook them in the oven. So I guessed at 16 minutes are 450. that seemed to be okay. The crab cakes tasted great, but they sort-of fell apart while in the oven. I thought, presentation was lacking. I think you should be a little bit more free with cooking suggestions/instructions. So, everything was mostly great, but I was disappointed that I had to hunt around for cooking instructions.”
