“The order arrived on time. Most of the items were fresh (unfrozed), and 1 item was frozen. The crab cakes were good, and there was plenty of crab in each cake. There were zero left-overs. I was disappointed with the absence of cooking directions. I checked your website, and there were preparation directions for frozen crabcakes, and reference to frying unfrozen cakes in a frying pan (6 to 7 minutes per side). I did not want to use a frying pan, since this typically makes a mess. I also did not want to re-freeze them, just so I could cook them in the oven. So I guessed at 16 minutes are 450. that seemed to be okay. The crab cakes tasted great, but they sort-of fell apart while in the oven. I thought, presentation was lacking. I think you should be a little bit more free with cooking suggestions/instructions. So, everything was mostly great, but I was disappointed that I had to hunt around for cooking instructions.”

Additionally about 2 years ago I had an issue with my order that was 100% my fault and an amazing customer service representative went above and beyond fixing my order after I already placed it. You don't get customer service like that anymore and I will never go anywhere else for my gourmet prepared food.”

“We purchased the jumbo crab cakes and the “lump crab” was only on the top not as depicted in the photo! The rest of crab cake was more filler and less crab. We will go back to G&M. They provide 100% lump crab in their crab cakes. For the price we were disappointed.”
