Since I grew up on river-caught salmon in Washington state, there is nothing better than great salmon. This salmon wellington is jus the best.”
“In a word - Delicious! Usually we order the fish shaped Salmon en Croute from Williams Sonoma for our Easter brunch. WS is no longer offering it and I did a search for it and found the Salmon Wellingtons on Chesapeake. I was a little wary because I would have to order 8 pieces and hoped that the guests would like them as much as WS AND it would be pretty expensive for an unknown product. Well, everyone LOVED them and in fact, I liked them better than WS. We had a couple left over and everyone wanted to take them home. I will definitely order them for next year!”
