“Honestly these are as good as any restaurant soufflé and I’ve had a lot of terrific soufflé over the years. They cook in their own glass dish and have a perfectly oozing center with light exterior. Great chocolate flavor. I made a little Creme anglaise and spiked whipped cream to go a few times.”
