“I was thrilled when I saw “gluten-free”. However, the favor was mediocre and I felt like I was eating pulled pork or chicken. I was hoping to have more of a lump crab so was somewhat disappointed. But as a diagnosed Celiac with extreme gluten intolerance, I appreciate you taking the time to offer these. I did not have any adverse reaction which is a good thing. I LOVE crab cakes and I really miss being able to eat them. Thank you.”
