“My reaction to the taste and texture of the potatoes in this dish was colored by my not leaving them in the oven long enough. They were good but not great. Twenty minutes is nit long enough for these little babies. The real beauty of this dish came on day two when I heated them in the microwave oven. Shazam! Perfection on my lunch plate, only sorry I had to share them with my husband.”
