“The chateaubriand was tender and delicious. However, I had a bit of difficulty getting the crust browned and done while not overcooking the meat. There were spots on the crust that were slightly gooey and the meat was a bit more done than the medium rare I prefer.”
“Became a great dish after I figured out timing for temp of my oven. Too raw at first and had to pop back in. Pastry on bottom was very soggy, but after leaving in longer the mushrooms under the pastry set everything off for a delicious meal. We like our beef medium rare. The leftovers were even better. Will try again.”
“Lovely, but I've had the Beef Wellington and next time I will order that instead........I feel there's more beef in the Wellington. The Chateaubriand was very tasty.”
