“The croissants were excellent. They rose nicely while baking into a large crispy, buttery bread with a wonderful chewy texture! The chocolate filled croissants were the same except they were filled with chocolate gooey goodness! There is nothing like fresh bread hot from the oven. The only negative, otherwise, I would have rated five stars, was the dough had begun to thaw when the box arrived. This caused several to stick together. Separating and reshaping took some time, but they were all tasty!”
