“Excellant - My order arrived several days late due to shipping/delivery issues. I knew this was no fault of Chesapeake Bay however I called to discuss the issue. Their customer service rep took my information, gave me a case number, and told me they would pass on to their resolution team and I would be contacted in the next 24 hours. I figured I would never get a call back. To my suprise, I did get a call, the resolution specialist listened to my issue, assured me that the company would make good the order, and shipped me a replacement order immediately. I received the order with no issues and the products are top notch. I will continue to use Chesapeake Bay for all my seafood needs.
