“Sorry to say after the anticipation from the advertising the ham did not meet our expectations. Followed the instructions exactly but was underwhelmed with the taste and texture. It was OK and used the leftovers for ham and bean soup but have had as good with regular store hams. Have been reluctant to try other items we purchased. Sorry, but have to be honest.”
