“Who eats mussels? Not everyone, So I would not not have ordered them as a gift for sure. Somehow my order got messed up, I overlooked it in the Christmas rush. Very disappointed.”
“Ordered the seafood sampler for my birthday and we really enjoyed it. My husband and I ate our lobsters with melted butter. The mussels were wonderful as well. I put them in a tomato soup that has spinach, onions, garlic, pasta and topped it with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. My husband loved it!”
“Overall, taste was very good. Lobster tails were wonderful & Crab Cakes as well. Soup was tasty and we enjoyed it all. Mussels (which are a favorite of mine) were ok, lacked flavor. The broth of the Mussels should be rich with Garlic & Butter but this was quite thin. Next time I will stick to the Crab Cakes & Lobster & forego the Mussels.”
