“The stuffed sole was tasty, but the fish was a bit dry. For that reason, the second time I cooked it I put it in the microwave for 1 minute, and then baked it in the oven for the low end of the recommended time. That was an attempt to get the internal temperature up a little, and not subject the fish for too much baking time. The result was slightly better, so maybe the company can experiment and update the instructions if they find something better. Overall, I would rate the stuffed sole as a B.”
“I thought pieces of fish were small and dried out but I probably overcooked even though I’m followed directions. Sauce was oily and had no taste. Ended up throwing away”
