“I know the description said Cajun Fried Turkey but the seasoning was a little heavey handed. The veggie medley was not up to my expectations and the stuffing had huge clumps of dried bread in it. The appetizers were wonderful and the paper bag pie was spectacular so at least the meal was bookended by excellence. Next time try a traditional turkey recipe, call me for my stuffing recipe and try a different veggie offering...potatoes just don't freeze well.”
