It was very dry. To reheat leftovers, I added gravy and white wine.

Delicious alternative to turkey. Very moist

WRONG ingredient for stuffing; wild rice stuffing falls apart so slices of roast can't hold their shape when sliced, even when it's cold! Also, Cajun spices overpower the wild rice & pecan stuffing. You need a FIRMER stuffing like bread or cornbread that binds together better. Do better!

My guests and I enjoyed our first turducken. It was very flavorful and easy to cook. However, I was expecting a little more noticeable duck - didn’t find any identifiable chicken. But all in all, it was very good.

The directions could have been a little bit better, but it was good.

My guests and I liked very much. There was no effort involved. However, the cost for the amount of food was too expensive for my pocket. I purchased it for Christmas dinner because I had heard about it but never had turducken. At $120, for 4-1/2 lbs, I will not purchase it again.

Disappointed. Fell totally apart. Followed directions exactly but was a bit dry and impossible to carve. Stuffing had way too much pepper for some of my guests. Will not purchase again.
