“I have eaten Osso Buco from companies in America, dining establishments, and in Europe. This was the worse. I did mention it to the gentleman who was helping me with my crab mac and cheese order. He did not say anything. With Osso Buco you should be able to take your fork and tap the bone and the meat should fall off the bone. With this I had to take my knife and do some hard carving.”
