ChessUp is absolutely brilliant. The board itself is fantastic, beautifully designed, intuitive to use, and has brought countless hours of enjoyment to my boys as they’ve developed their chess skills. It makes learning the game engaging and accessible for all levels.

“Build quality is good. Setting up a new game quickly is a bit cumbersome. You have to remove all pieces from the board then turn the board off and on, then put the pieces back on the board. I'm having some connectivity issues between the board and the app, app crashes. The app is not yet fully developed. Wish there was another level of assistance where which piece(s) to move was indicated, because my daughter has to check most pieces before finding a 'green' move.”

It's been a month since the shipment was made, and it still hasn't arrived at my house. I asked customer service two days ago, and I have not received a response either. I don't know, a month seems too long. :(”
