“My original board went out and the Chess up team did a great job helping me navigate a return and sent me a new board pretty quick. My fiancé purchased me a second board while waiting on the return process and I’ve been happy with both boards. I wish that I could link both boards to my phone at the same time to record and analyze my games at the same time on one device. It would also be nice to set up positions and have it play at a higher level than 1400 considering I like to load GM level games and process them.
Definitely recommend this board for anyone who wants to get better or has kids! I run a local chess club and the kids love using these boards and have stated that they come to our club over others because we have two of these boards.”
