My ChessUp 2 stopped recognizing the pieces in both the normal starting position and when using the Board Editor. After emailing Bryght Labs customer service, they had me send some images of the issues. They agreed there was were problems and had me send the board and pieces back to them. A little less than 2 weeks later, my refurbished board arrived back. It's been working perfectly since then and hopefully will going forward. Customer service was excellent to work with , which I appreciated very much.
