“The test kit arrived in several days. The instructions were very clear, concise easy to follow. Upon completion I sent the test package back with their prepaid envelope through my regular mailbox by calling for a scheduled pickup which makes everything as convenient as possible. Once they received my package The lab results were completed, again in only a few days. They provided tracking information on both ends to allow you to stay informed on where your test is at during the process. To sum things up I was pleased with the whole process and the results were very clear and informative. Would recommend it to anyone looking at optimizing their health by becoming aware of all your hormonal levels. Choose health makes it easy to do it from the comfort of your home.”
