With ten stores and an online service, we remain a family business committed to providing real, sustainable large Christmas trees and tree decorations. That said, the Christmas Forest is London’s favourite independent retailer – or treetailer – of real Christmas trees.

“Well, they requested a review of their service before my booked delivery date. It’s now the end of my booked delivery date and the tree has not arrived. No call or email to let me know this would happen, and I waited in all day for delivery. Appalling service. Do not use.”

Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to review. I can see from your order that you booked a budget delivery slot of 8am-10pm (and your tree was delivered on the day you booked) with this in mind sometimes the delivery can be at the end of this time slot. We do offer other delivery services with better time slots for an additonal cost.
