I was going through a very stressful situation and felt completely stuck. I had spent a lot of time trying to figure things out on my own, but nothing seemed to work. Eventually, I decided to look for professional help and that’s when I discovered ERF. Reaching out to them was one of the best decisions I made. We had ordered a large Christmas tree and received an extremely skinny tree with short and sparsely spread branches. It was honestly the ugliest tree I have ever seen - and we've had real trees for the past 40 years. It was not freshly cut and also started dropping huge amounts of needles immediately despite being advertised as no-drop. It also dried out really quickly despite being watered regularly. We've always had real Christmas Trees, but the quality of this one was by far the worst. Totally overpaid for a low quality tree. We complained to the company on the day of delivery and again a week later, as we wanted to give them a chance to rectify, but never received a response, very poor customer communication.

Average quality tree, with a few unfortunately located broken branches, delivered by the Christmas Grinch. I won't be so lazy next year.

I was happy to pay extra for a tree that came earlier in November seeing that this year has been tough for everyone and for £74 I was still expecting a great tree. Tell me my tree came soaking wet and took just over 2 days to completely dry out even though I had the heating on. As soon as it dried out I realised it was essentially dying. It looked like my last year’s tree the day I went to throw it out in the middle of January. I’ve had real trees my whole life and know how to take care of them well to keep them alive but I can’t bring one back from total death. I contacted the company on their website as I don’t like to leave an immediate negative review as I was certain something could be sorted. It was delivered on the 17th, I submitted a form on the 21st to complain and heard nothing back. I called on Monday 31st and left a voicemail and heard nothing back. Called today on the 30th and was sent straight to voicemail. I was willing to give the company a chance but the terrible customer service was really the star on a dead tree. My £74 no drop norman fir is half dropped on the floor and it’s not even December yet. This company is the thief of Christmas and I can’t afford to get a new tree. Total scrooges.

I was disappointed this year with Christmas Forest because I ordered a tree and it wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to (on a Sunday morning) because there was a glitch in the system. So I called and the office rescheduled it for Tuesday and again it didn’t show up. So now I’m waiting at home for the third day and I hope the tree shows up. I also found it frustrating that I couldn’t reach anyone by phone over the weekend and nobody replied to my emails.

Great service. I was worried that the tree might be lopsided or other than perfect but it arrived on the day looking a million dollars. Would highly recommend The Christmas Forest. Friendly delivery guys too!

Lovely tree. We always order from Christmas Forest, and they always provide us with a glorious tree. That said, the 7-footer we'd ordered didn't arrive (it was my height: 5'7!), but the delivery guys, with some insistence from me, DID go to a nearby providore, and get the size I'd ordered. And now it's decorated, I couldn't be happier.

Updating my review - would love to give 5 stars but the failings in communication make that difficult. Pros: Ordering process was easy. Tree arrived absolutely gorgeous, full, healthy, bigger than I expected. Very fragrant. Crew that set it up was super quick and friendly. Hoping the tree lasts through Christmas. Love the idea that they will haul it away in January. Cons: Never received any order updates or that it was out for delivery. Paid for a 6 hour delivery window, but unlike every other service or store, did not get any live updates that day or even a two hour delivery window, no tracking, so I had to be at home for 6 hours. Trying to reach the company was impossible. Online chat said my order was awaiting fulfullment (when it was supposed to be out for delivery). Finally sent emails, etc. and got a nondescript response "your order will be delivered today." Overall I'm very happy with the tree --- but i hope that by January they can have better tracking and time windows for the pick up, and that next year their communication for ordering and delivery will be better. Simply no reason in 2022 for a company not to be able to give shorter delivery windows or live tracking the day of the delivery.
