“The tree is fine but the pot and the manner of delivery were/are troublesome. Pot huge and so heavy I couldn't move it once it was on the table, and the delivery boy did not ask if he could help. With my daughter I struggled to get the plastic off the pot and was then disappointed to see how awful it looked. Covered pot with foil. Delivery boy rang from Stamford Brook, thinking this must relate to Stanford Road which is my address. I pointed out that if he used the zip code, the sat-nav would get him here, which he hadn't thought of. The last time I bought a tree from you the pot was smaller and more manageable.”
