“Very very disappointed with what was delivered the top of the tree was snapped it locked like it had be crammed into a small plastic pot which had split the post the soil had dried out and would not even stand up Really disappointed by the whole experience clearly will never be purchasing from this company again never worth £55 whilst I always try to support family business clearly this business is not worth the support”

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to review. Our pot grown trees are grown in the pot they are delivered in and sometimes due to the roots the pots can crack.
