Please rate our Service from Christmas Forest

“We had our tree delivered last Saturday and the needles were very coarse and brittle from the time it arrived. We could barely put the ornaments on the tree as the needles were so sharp and would fall off upon touch. The tree has been shedding copious amounts of needles since it arrived (despite being in water) and the bottom half and back are almost bald. If you even touch a branch, half the needles fall off and I have to hoover about 4 times per day. We have bought through you for years and are incredibly disappointed with this year's tree to the point I will be going down in person today.”
