“Great shape + lovely scent too (for both wreath and tree). Pity it was so late in the day. I booked tree + wreath to be delivered between 8 and 6am, but the driver showed up at 7.30. Moreover, I paid for 'installation', which obviously meant just sticking the tree in the tree stand and leaving without checking that it was balanced or straight. Not sure what 'non-installation' entailed, but perhaps we should save ourselves the £££ next time if the £15 extra we paid for 'installation' involves so little. Again, products were fine; it was just the delivery we found wanting.”
