“This is the new Stila version of liquid glitter/crème eyeshadow! OMG! I applied it today and the Pigmentation and glitter and blinding highlight and PERFECT application is UNREAL!!!!! This is the most beautiful product I have EVER used! It does not flake off once its dried, like a lot of liquid glitter/crème eyeshadows tend to do. It BLENDS LIKE A DREAM! I only have to put a TINY amount on and blend it, and it even can work as highlighter with glitter specs on your cheekbones!
