“I absolutely love this watch. Yeah, it’s black.. its supposed to be.. the blue accents I find set the deep black off perfectly. For my young generation eyes, I have zero problems seeing the dial. I could see it being difficult to read for someone that has lesser quality vision. I guess I don’t see why anyone would post anything negative about it. What you see is what you get, and I love it!”

“I receive a lot of compliments wearing it and I personally like the look because it can be worn in any situation. It also is all blacked out and does not have much contrast as others have mentioned but I do like that since it makes it look more cool and for me it is not hard to ever tell time with the watch.”

“Great watch, very accurate, the only disappointment i found it the crystal mineral glass that scratch easily and affect the reading ! Would be better if they offer Sapphire replacement screen, because this watch is very very durable.”

“I’ve owned this watch for a few months now and what a beautiful watch it is. I initially noticed this watch when I purchased my first ever Citizen, but I didn’t have the money at the time to get it. With black being my favorite color in many things, I knew I wanted to own this watch one day. Now that I do, I’m very happy with it. My only complaint (like many other peoples) is that the watch can be hard to read at times. However, I don’t mind much as I have many other Citizens that aren’t blacked out and are easier to read. Another small gripe is the ion plating. I don’t wear this watch as much as some others I own because I’ve seen pictures of how other Nighthawks and how terrible their bands look when scratched. So for that reason, this watch inevitably won’t be an everyday wear for me.”

“I love the overall design of the watch, its very nodern and matches well with many outfits. I'd say this is a versatile watch that has use a daily driver. The only problems I have with it are that the chronometer dials are a bit hard to read and there's little to no luminescence on the dials of the watch for nighttime use.”

“I love this watchs look, feel, and functionality but a little over a year after I purchased it the clasp gave out. My jeweler told me I would have to replace the whole bracelet. Haven't worn it since.”
