“I bought this watch as a gift and it was fantastic! The face of the watch is beautiful but the strap is terrible. It's very uncomfortable and pinches the skin. If the strap was just a simple leather one it would be perfect!”

“Very stylish and excellent quality love the look and feel of the watch, easy to set up , lots to remember on how to get to all the features. The minute and hour hands don’t seem to light up very bright at night, this could be because it hasn’t seen much sunshine lots of grey skies this time of year for me. Overall excellent product”

“Got it as a gift- Love the watch, but the reason I gave it only 4 stars is because I think Citizen went out and asked someone to design the most uncomfortable band they could. Difficult to even put on and the band itself is rather short so if you have a larger wrist you may find it a tough fit. I have owned several Citizen watches - this is the first one I rated lest than 5 stars”

“Great watch. The band or strap is terrible. The intent of quick release on a typical leather strap is noble. Unfortunately the implementation is a disaster. The metal quick release maintains constant pressure on the inside of your wrist and digs into the soft tissue next to your veins. Contacted Citizen and requested a replacement strap. Disappointing response no replacement or solution provided. I own 20 Citizen watches and this strap is not representative of typical Citizen quality. Very disappointed that Citizen would not provide a simple leather strap as a replacement. Citizen claim was they had none??”

“It was a gift for my partner, and he loved it. The design is perfect for everyday wear and for more formal occasion. I had a couple of doubts when buying it. I though that it was a little too pricy but, when we receive the actual product, I was smiling. My partner had a larger smile. It's beautiful, a real pearl. Easy to set up with YouTube videos, it only took like ten minutes to be sure that it was working correctly. I really approved this product.”
