An iconic classic is reimagined in the polished style of the new Promaster Dive Automatic men’s watch. Going deeper into history of the original version of this diving watch, it was used by the Italian Navy and released in 1989 for the new generation of dive watch enthusiasts. A design element that stands out is the distinctive, serrated bezel design that was inspired by a fugu, the Japanese name for pufferfish. Featuring a 3-piece, 44mm case, a sapphire crystal, and a silver-tone stainless steel case and bracelet, the black rotating bezel with an easy-grip aluminum ring surrounds the white dial and luminous hands and markers, while the case back features an engraving of a fugu or pufferfish. This technically advanced and stylish sport watch comes in an exclusive collector’s dive tank box and is ISO compliant with a screw-down crown and water resistant to 200 meters. Caliber 8204.

Received this watch as a gift on a carnival cruise last week. She got it for $212 which is an absolute steal. I love the watch so far, and not just because the sentimentality. The knurled screw down crown is something every driver should have, the unidirectional bezel seems solid and the level of lume is insanely bright. The watch seems very durable, very bright and clean and so far I love it

I purchased this after conducting many hours of research. For the price, this automatic time piece checks all of the boxes: sapphire crystal, screw down case back, stainless steel construction, 200m ISO certified water resistance, an in-house hacking movement and an assortment of colors. It is a larger watch, and it isn’t lightweight. However, I like the rugged aesthetics and the build quality. No other company offers these features at this price with this quality. I’ve also compliments since I purchased the watch 2 weeks ago.

Everything about the watch is quality. It's top notch. The heavy knurled crown is awesome for grip. Every dive watch should have this. I have noticed after wearing it for a while now that at night the hands are a little hard to see because they are a similar color as the background. This is not the lume mind you because that is excellent as well. I wish the bracelet had the extra locking clasp that folds over for extra security when diving. I actually use this watch to time my dives which means that this goes frequently to 100-130ft. I use a dive computer as well but this lets me know the what time it is on the surface and length of dive.

So much better in person. Was debating this or a Seiko dive and I am happy to say I made the right choice!

Great watch, and well made. I would’ve given it 5 stars but the laser engraved logo on the back of the case has rubbed the hair the hair off my wrist…..perhaps it was etched a little too deep? You can definitely feel the roughness of it.

It looks beautiful on my wrist. Wears like the watches I've worn before. A minor dislike is that I cannot tell the time in the dark without luminous hands exposed to light first.
