I initially checked out Citizen Wolf because of their ethical manufacturing, but then found the website was great and the magic fitting tool they use was very accurate. After placing my order, Citizen Wolf contacted me and refunded a discount I should have received but which wasn't automatically applied. They also arranged to send the first of my shirts for fitting. After it arrived and I confirmed that the fit was good, they custom-made and sent the rest. Communication at every stage was great, and their commitment to free lifetime repair is just another indication of their strong ethical values.”
