“The process was very good and a lot of patience was shown by Citizen Wolf to get it right. Unfortunately, the white t-shirt material has a lot of pilling on it and this has not been addressed yet.”

Hey Peter, firstly apologies for the delayed reply. Secondly that's very odd as we've never had an issue with the Aussie Super Cotton in any way and least of all pilling as it's cotton. If you can please bring it in we'll get it sorted and if it means a remake that's not a problem. Please email howl@citizenwolf.com and we'll take it from there.

“I recently bought five long-sleeve tees from Citizen Wolf and I was incredibly impressed by the products and the company. I initially checked out Citizen Wolf because of their ethical manufacturing, but then found the website was great and the magic fitting tool they use was very accurate. After placing my order, Citizen Wolf contacted me and refunded a discount I should have received but which wasn't automatically applied. They also arranged to send the first of my shirts for fitting. After it arrived and I confirmed that the fit was good, they custom-made and sent the rest. Communication at every stage was great, and their commitment to free lifetime repair is just another indication of their strong ethical values.”
