“fit was ok when sent but needs adjusting (to be expected) quality of material and stiching is decent, but i expected a better drape, finish (sheen) and softness from the merino tbh waiting for reply to my comments on mods, seems the company doesnt keep me in the loop like confirming recipt of comments for mods by email or when i log in so jury's out i order 3 dissimilar items to get an idea where their strengths may be”

Hey Sammy, Your feedback was forwarded directly to our production team, who have processed the required changes. They only reach out if they need to clarify your notes, or if you ask a question, such as if it's possible to change the fabric type (it is!) Your remake, in addition to your latest order, is currently in the queue to be cut. It generally takes about 7-10 days for Tees to be completed, plus delivery.
