“Just didn't fit, I took photos and showed what needed to be altered and haven't had a response since. Really disappointed as $100++ for a custom T shirt just didn't live up to the hype. My sister brought one and her fit was excellent, therefore she convinced me to get one as well. Now I have a T shirt sitting in my wardrobe that can't be worn, defeats the whole concept of sustainability.”

“3/4 tees fit me well though they are very pricey and are too warm for summer.I made purchase of 4 and forgot to add my credit code…I was not able to get a refund even though another company just recently were very obliging and quickly refunded my credit. A credit is like cash it's not a discount and I’m dismayed that I was not refunded as I was buying for a trip and will not be shopping here for a long time. Poor customer service.”
