“Third time trying to make a tshirt that fits with this company. This is the only one that is wearable- if i put a jacket over it to hide that it still isn't great across the chest/ under arms. No follow up from the company asking whether it fits this time. I love what they are trying to do , but it's been a really disappointing experience. I can find better fitting clothes off the rack.”

Hey Fiona, We send emails out to request your fit feedback. However, we allow enough time to ensure that the item is delivered and that our customers have time to try them on. So, perhaps, you hadn't yet received the email. We're sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your Tee. Sometimes, a Tee will fit perfectly. Sometimes, we need to go through a process of alteration, as these are custom-fit items. This is why we offer free alterations until we get the perfect fit. We'd be happy to try again, for you. However, if you prefer to return the Tee for a full refund, we'd be happy to accommodate. Just reply to our email, and let us know what you'd prefer.

“I've never had a bespoke t-shirt before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It curves in beautifully and hits at the right length. Just the right level of fitted!”
