Hey Annette, thanks for your feedback. Our Tees do come with a perfect fit guarantee so we can remake it based on your feedback, free of charge. All our garments are custom-made. Sometimes our Magic Fit algorithm gets it right the first time. Sometimes, we need to alter your 1st Tee to get a great fit. That's why we're happy to offer free alterations! We haven't received any emails from you. So, we're sorry if you tried to reach us and it hasn't come through. We'll reach out to arrange your free remake. We're also happy to organise a refund if you'd prefer.
