“I love that Citizen Wolf gear is made to order, made locally, made to last and made sustainably. While I love the products, I struggled with the ordering process and outcome. I made a single order that included men’s and women’s items, which seemed to really throw a spanner in the works of the magic fit verification process. I was never sure what I’d verified and what was being manufactured and when. This needed an email exchange to sort through, but I still wasn’t clear what was going on. I was also a bit disappointed to receive a classic heavy long-sleeved crew t-shirt in black when I had ordered navy – I didn’t realise at the time because I had ordered a bunch of shirts and this one arrived on its own as the magic fit confirmation shirt. It was only weeks later when I was trying to work out which items had arrived and which ones I was still waiting for that I noticed the error. I’m not concerned about enough to actually send it back, but I’d have preferred the error didn’t happen! So, while I think the garments themselves are absolutely fantastic (and I still have a bunch of shirts I bought about 8 years ago that are still going strong) the issues with the fulfilment process mean I can only give 4/5.”

“I wore my first Citizen Wolf shirt this week and have since ordered three more. The magic sizing worked a treat and the fabric feels both soft but sturdy. I'm well impressed and fully intend to get all my shorst from here now.”
