“I was initially disappointed with the fit of my shirt, followed the instructions to improve the fit and received a new one which fits just right, at no extra charge. I think the communication could be improved, I had no idea I would only be getting one of the two shirts I initially ordered (maybe I missed that in the confirmation email), and there was no confirmation that they'd received by fit adjustments - automated emails is the norm these days so it's an easy fix. It's also disappointing that Citizen Wolfs commitment to unf*cking the fashion industry doesn't extend to its use of models - lets see some diversity in body size, and age, and ability in your models, particularly when these are the groups that find it hardest to buy 'off the rack'. That said, I've already put in another order and I'm excited to not be contributing to fast fashion!”

“The fit is OK. It would be better with less material under the arm. The shoulders are a little to wide and the fit around the wrists is a bit tight. The over all feel is good. I like the quality of the fabric. I’ve already reordered.”

“This is my first citizen wolf tee and the fit was not perfect to begin with but they very quickly made some adjustments and sent me another which is now my favourite perfect tee. Exceptional customer service and a great brand philosophy. Very impressive!”
