“Not a great colour and the first t shirt had terrible puckered seams. To their credit they replaced it very quickly and are responsive but all the contacting is very tedious. I had no idea when I received one of two t-shirts ordered that they wouldn't send the secondone until I'd provided feedbackon the first. They should include those details in the packaging as you're likely to dismiss the endless emails as spam. I think the trouble with this company is they seem so needy when dealing with them. It's just t-shirts I'm not choosing a new car. Make the process quicker and easier and be less needy for feedback.”
