“Customer service was excellent from the very beginning. When my T-shirt arrived it fitted pretty well, but not exactly as I would have liked it. It was easy to return by post using he same packaging and a provided return label. The altered T-shirt arrived and it now fits me perfectly! A great T shirt and a great experience all round.”

“Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. My t-shirt was originally a little large, and I took it into the store where tailored it to my measurements when I was wearing it with no extra charge. My t-shirt now fits perfectly (unlike no other!) and its one of my favorites. 100% recommend.”

“I ordered a T-shirt and found the whole online process very simple and a little bit exciting however I was quite sceptic I didn’t believe that the T-shirt would fit me and I thought it didn’t matter because of the fact that I could get a refund or they would remake the T-shirts so it did fit me. I’m not young but I am trendy I guess you could say I’m a young 67 the T-shirt arrived after a couple of weeks and fitted me perfectly in fact it was well made and very flattering. After a couple of weeks I ordered another one in a different colour with a different neckline. Again this T-shirt fitted me perfectly it looks really good, these T-shirts are not cheap however they fit so beautifully and have such a wonderful lifetime guarantee that they are well worth the money. I highly recommend them, in fact I now have the whole family wearing them.”
