“OK product but not sure if it matches the promise. Fabric pretty average and the look is much cheaper than you would expect for $100. Colour options severely depleted becase the most desirable are sold out. Fit definitely better than most but the process of confirming the fit seems to be an absolute palaver. No return mail in the packaging that arrives. I am sure it is all on line but since they are sending paper to keep the T-shirt in shape it seems a miss to not have next steps printed on the paper. I so loved this idea and if the e quality had been better I would have been a life long customer. Doubtful I will buy again.”

Hey Hillary, Thanks for your feedback. We would be happy to remake your Tee, and you are welcome to upgrade to another fabric, such as Heavyweight Jersey (Organic Cotton 180 GSM). Alternatively, you can request a refund and I can organise this for you. Please know that all our fabrics are high quality and our garments are made to last. We even include free repairs for the life of your Tee. Sometimes, people expect light and midweight fabrics to feel heavier, and they associate weight with quality. However, the quality of the fabric is reflected in its durability (no pilling -yay!), and how the fabric maintains shape and colour, over time. There should have been a sticker on your first Tee explaining next steps, and we sent a fit confirmation email, including a link to our alterations page allowing you to provide written notes and photos. When we're remaking a Tee, we don't necessarily need customers to return the original. In that case, we ask that if they or someone they know can't find any use for it, please donate the Tee to a local charity for the next person. We don't immediately provide a return address, as we don't want customers spending their time and energy posting items, unless necessary. Please let us know if you'd like a remake or refund.
