“Dear Claddagh Ring Company, I see that you put this item (order number 56368, placed 08/17/2011 at 07:30PM) into the mail but it never got to me. I realize that you are not responsible for the delivery of your merchandise but I'm afraid I can't do any more business with your company when I can't be sure that I will actually receive the shipment. If there has been a problem or the item returned to you, please let me know...I would still very much have the ring I paid for. Thanks, Philip Groves”

“I have been searching for a Claddagh ring, but none of the ones that I found were anything that I would want. This is a fantastic ring and the service was wonderful. I received the ring two days after I ordered it and I had it shipped USPS, nothing special.”

“Ring said it arrived on 9/10, but there was nothing in the mail. Tried to call and sort out the issue, only got answering machines. Left a message, no callback. Gave it a week incase it was a mistake, but it never came. Buying the same ring now as it was a gift that I need, but I am NOT happy about it. In the future, avoiding buying from here.”
